Kelowna B.C based indie/alternative/hip-hop artist Satoshi Yano takes you on a sonic journey through his mind, in a poetic stream of inner dialogue. His words reminisce on the introspection of love, heart break, lust, infatuation, and the constant pull to articulate what he really needs from this life, and his music. With a captivating stage presence, natural authenticity, and resonant flavours of Mac Miller, Allan Rayman, and Wiley From Atlanta; Satoshi brings an eclectic aura to the scene.
Building accolades and catching traction in local scenes - Satoshi has headlined over 50 prominent venues, including selling out multiple shows in BC in the past year. He has also showcased festivals such as; Unicorn Music Festival, and sharing the bill with the likes of Shad, Jon Vinyl, and Nonso Amadi at Do It For The Culture Music Festival & Conference.
Satoshi has been grinding in the studio, working towards a 2025 release for his debut EP titled: “My Mixed Feelings Mixtape”, with the first two singles off the project catching global attention.
